XO™ Customer Experience Review
An upgrade to the old "Mystery Shopper" that has been designed to measure and evaluate the full Customer Experience Lifecycle with a 70% weighting on Customer Experience vs. Standard Operating Procedures.
The process is done live on a Fresh Eyes App that allows the Customer Experience Reviewer to:
- Set up the App to drive the Review within 48 hours.
- Action The Review which includes an Industry Questionnaire with Photographs, Video and MP3 Recordings if Required.
- Prove the Place, Time & Duration of Visit by using Geo Tagging Technology.
- Submit a Completed Report Done within 48 Hours of Reviewer’s Visit.
