XO™ Customer Experience Sustainability Academy
The Sustainability Academy is designed to leverage and entrench the new culture and behaviour discovered in the Customer Experience Training ensuring staff apply their learnings on the job.
The Academy engages by way of a USSD portal that does not use Data / Wifi zones so no barrier to entry. (ie.*134*) which has an activation period of 3 days.
Run over 12 weeks, staff engage on with:
- Weekly Customer Experience Tips that are shared with each staff member over the 12 weeks.
- Bi-Weekly Customer Experience Tasks that have to be completed and submitted.
- Formal report back done monthly showing participation and responses by users.
The Academy culminates in a Graduation Ceremony where Graduates that have qualified are recognised.
